Dynon AOA Pitot Heated Large Tube No Bracket

Overview

This probe combines airspeed sensing and angle of attack (AOA) sensing in a single AN5812-style pitot tube. It uses two pressure ports: one on the front face for standard pitot pressure, and a second on an angled surface below it for AOA measurement. Each port routes air through a separate line back to a compatible Dynon EFIS instrument, where readings are compared against calibration data specific to the aircraft. This heated version includes a nichrome heating element controlled by a dedicated pitot heater controller that maintains a constant temperature and can trigger a cockpit warning light in case of malfunction or shutdown.
