Overview

This is a valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) battery from Concorde's RG series, using recombinant gas technology and a low resistance, low impedance design. It is built with absorbed glass mat (AGM) separators and non-removable vent valves, so no electrolyte or water top-up is needed. The battery is non-spillable at any altitude or attitude, factory tested for airworthiness, and ships fully charged, ready to install. It is intended for reciprocating aircraft engine starting or standby/essential power use, not for turbine engine starting.
