Flap Track Wear Gauge 950

Overview

This gauge is designed by McFarlane Aviation Products to check whether a Cessna flap track has worn past its service limits. The tool works by running a gage plug along each slot of the flap track while checking that it cannot enter the slot; the flaps should be repositioned as needed to inspect the full length of each slot. If the gage plug enters a slot at any point, the flap track is considered worn beyond service limits.
