TR-301 Regular Liquid Sealer Glaze

Overview

TR-301 is a liquid sealer glaze intended for use on new or reconditioned mold tooling, applied prior to waxing to improve part release, gloss and mold longevity. It is compatible with open mold hand or spray lay-up, resin transfer/injection molding (RTM/RIM), vacuum bag and compression molding, and works with both polyester and epoxy resins. The product is designed for easy application and removal, and helps limit wax build-up and styrene accumulation on the mold surface.

Please Note

• Check suitability when heat curing or molding above 185°F (85°C) for TR-102 and above 210°F (85°C) for TR-104 — verify applicability to TR-301 before use in high-temperature processes.
